Today was our last shore excursion on this voyage. Cabo is famous for it's arch at Land's End--and I was determined to see it! This was the one port where the Infinity could not tie up right at a dock--so we had to use a tender to get to shore.
The day's one disappointment was that we were not able to connect either by phone or e-mail with Marion and Bill Doidge, long-time friends from Saskatchewan, Canada, who were in Cabo at this very time. It would have been so great to have seen them!

a tour of the harbor and offered great views of the arch. |

As we cruised north on the Pacific Ocean side of the
Peninsula, we saw all kinds of resorts.... |

Once we disembarked the small craft, we boarded a bus for a look-out point on the opposite side of Cabo and the arch. |

And then I notice from our deck a number of people in the water;
their kayak-like craft had capsized. Here they're trying to get
back into it... |

| As the day comes to a close, the Infinity sets sail and we get our last look at the arch with a wave crashing on the rocks.... |
